Johnson Home and Land welcomes this question! We have an aggressive marketing campaign that has proven very successful. Research indicates that 80% or more of buyers look at property for sale on line before choosing which properties they would like to see in person. That number continues to rise every year. Our listings appear on six different websites that reflect all recent changes including new listings, price reductions etc. Buyers can count on our site for accurate up to date information.
We advertise in 6 local print publications some of which are mass distributed to each household in the Big Horn Basin.
We advertise in 2 real estate magazines. One prints seasonally and includes properties in the Cody/Powell areas. The other is a beautiful color magazine that prints every 6 weeks. We advertise in alternating publications. It includes properties in the Eastern half of Wyoming including Casper, Cheyenne, Gillette as well as the Black Hills of South Dakota.
We are actively involved in our local Multiple Listing Service and our working relationships with fellow REALTORS around the state, region and country guarantee maximum exposure for all of our clients.
We prominently display all of our listings in our Main Street window and advertise in the Hyart Movie Theatre in Lovell.
Coming soon…we will be offering virtual tours! This will be an addition to our website as well linking the tours to our local MLS and the following web sites: excite.com, MSN.com, Wall Street Journal.com, Yahoo classifieds, Google classifieds and Trulia. Our tours will be available for all of our sellers not just those with the high end properties.
