Builder’s Luncheon

Today we hosted a builder’s luncheon here in Lovell. We invited local contractors and were thrilled to have an opprotunity to discuss the current real estate market with them. We had a great turn out and discussed the national real estate market and how different it is from our local market. We shared with them some details about a builder’s special we are offering on the Propoint Subdivision south of Lovell. We are hoping to plant ideas in their minds about building spec homes and offering them for sale on the open market. We have a very high demand for this type of housing and are hoping to be able to make it available to our buyers in the near future. It’s great to offer variety of housing options and we feel that putting new construction homes on the market will be a benefit to our buyers and the builders.  It will also enhance the overall economic health and vitality of our community.

A great big thanks to Big Horn Federal for the use of their wonderful hospitality room and to Jyl and Lisa who made this possible with their preparation, hard work and follow through. Thanks to the builders and their associates who came to hear what we had to say. We hope the information will be prove to be helpful to you.
