A Different Perspective

One of the reasons we started this blog was to inform the public about the current real estate market. The public should be aware of what the market is doing regardless of if or when they plan to sell. There are trends and economic issues that greatly affect our most valuable asset and we all need to be aware of what’s really going on. When it comes to the the national housing market the media has been presenting a very different perspective than the reality of what’s happening here in Wyoming.

I ran across this short video and thought I’d share it here on the blog. I think it is a much more balanced picture of the national housing issue. Keep in mind….the Wyoming real estate market remains strong and values here in the Lovell area are gradually increasing every year.

One Response to A Different Perspective

  1. Finally a clear well spoken statement on the current real estate market. It’s refreshing to hear good news on the real estate market, and know that this so called crisis is just a normaling of the market.
