Hurray! The latest study out says it’s now GOOD to drink COFFEE! While many of us have been drinking it anyway, at least now we don’t have to feel guilty anymore. Coffee is looking more and more like a HEALTH DRINK! New research shows coffee may reduce the risk of heart attack, diabetes, gallstones, kidney stones, Parkinson’s disease, and cirrhosis. Those of us that enjoy waking up to the delicious aroma and taste of our morning coffee can feel very righteous since we’re cutting all of these health problems. There is only one drawback: black coffee may lead to thinner bones, especially in women, so add milk to your coffee and enjoy!
