Help Us Spread The Word!

I have some great news for first time home buyers!   The Wyoming Community Development Authority (WCDA) has announced their new interest rates and options for buyers who have not owned a home in the past 3 years.   There are all kinds of new and exiting things happening with the many different loan programs available through WCDA but today I want to focus on the Monetization of Federal Tax Credit Program.  Simply put….this program allows first-time home buyers to immediately take advantage of new $8,000 tax credit (or 10% of the purchase price of the home, whichever is less)  Buyers have access to an extra $8,000 UP FRONT when they are purchasing their home and then “re-pay” that amount when they receive their 2009 tax refund.   Please give us a call, send an email or chat with us live about the details of this fantastic new program!

That is great news! Thanks for keeping us informed with the latest. I’ll be sure to pass it on to anyone that I know who may fit the qualifications.

Thanks- The first-time home buyer tax credit expires December 1st so I’d love to see as many people take advantage of this opprotunity as possible.

  3. I am working with a couple who are buying their first home and are doing the Monetization of Federal Tax Credit Program. I’m excited to see how the process works from start to finish and for this great couple to get into their new home!
