Oh….I’m so glad you asked. 😉 It’s a pretty simple concept so let’s see if I can explain it clearly. A great deal of our business in now being conducted online. Potential buyers are looking at photos, tours and videos of properties online. Not too many years ago that time would have been spent in the car with a real estate agent. Consumers are also looking online to help determine which agent or office they want to work with when they decide it’s time to sell. A company’s online presence is a tremendously big deal considering a few years ago having a website was optional. Now it is much more than that. Through this contest we are encouraging our blog readers to comment on the posts. We are hoping that commenting on posts that resonate with you will become a habit long after the contest is over. We want an ongoing dialogue with a group of people who are interested in the same things we are. We don’t intend to limit this group to those who are thinking of buying or selling real estate. We are seeking to build an online community. We are hoping to get to know you and allow you to get to know us. Just like we would if we were spending the day touring listings…… like back in the good ol’ 1990’s. (Yikes) That’s all there is to it. We just want to get to know each other with no strings attached. We invite you to be apart of our online community.
The winning name will be drawn on Johnson Home and Land’s 9th anniversary. APRIL 1st 2010. That doesn’t give you much time so comment on any post and you will be entered for a chance to win $150.00 to here or here or here or if you prefer will will give you this.
I’ll be glad to leave a comment for your contest. I’ve enjoyed communicating with you, and am impressed by how quickly you respond to people. Real customer service is a rarity these day’s and it’s refreshing to find people who understand the concept.
