Not Much Time Left

If you are here from Facebook or Twitter for the first time….WELCOME!  We hope you come back often.  Here you will find info about the team (Jyl, Lisa and Sarah) at Johnson Home and Land. You also find lots of great community information and of course, our specialty…..real estate.  You will find lots and lots of relevant  real estate information.  Not just specific to Lovell and surrounding areas but also things that are useful  for everyone.  Homeowners, renters, investors…you name it.

I don’t think I mentioned that everything in the specialty baking gift basket is from a store in Billings, MT called The Copper Colander. If you are not the family baker that’s ok…this would make a great gift for someone who is!  And….if your not a local….that’s ok too.  We will ship you the gift set in PLENTY of time for Christmas.

You have until the close of business on Tuesday November 30 to enter.  Each comment is one chance to win.  Comment as many times as you like!

  4. Hi Sarah,

This is great. I don’t know much about blogs but this looks fantastic. I do have a question for you about real estate. As you know, we have this big place out in the middle of no where. Is it a good time to list this type of a place now or is it better to list it in the spring when everything is green and pretty?

      Hi Phylinda,
There are advantages to listing in the spring/early summer. There are more active buyers looking then. On the flip side…interest rates have never been better and that may not be the case in the spring. So…best case would be list now and give us some green summer photos to use for advertising and marketing. Be seeing you soon at some b-ball games!
