Hello there blog world!

July is a busy time of year in any real estate office and Johnson Home and Land is no exception this year.  We have a great inventory of listings in Lovell, Bryon, Cowley.  In fact…. I have to say that right now I have some listings that are my absolute favorite.  While we don’t usually write blog posts about specific listings,  I just have to say that I think we might just have the best inventory we have ever had.  We have a very nice production farm near Powell.   We have a Shell beauty with views like I have never seen in. my. life!  We have a Deaver farm with a home that looks like it is right out of a magazine. There are a couple of  beautiful homes on large lots in the neighboring small towns of Cowley and Byron.   One even has a barn and complete horse set up….in town!  I love the smell of new and there is a ” never been lived in” spec home at a great price and several affordable starter homes.  We have something in every price range.  I love having a great inventory because buyers like to have a few homes to choose from.  It makes the process more fun plus it makes you feel better about your decision when you get to do some comparison shopping.  Take a look at what we have and even if you are not in the market to buy….tell us which on is your favorite and why…

Thank you! Sarah
