A Week In The Life…

This was an unusual week for the our gang at JH&L in that we are between the Holidays and business is poppin’.  By poppin’ I mean that we have had 3 closings this week and every time I returned to the office after a closing I had another offer on my desk.  I love that!  Usually the only time we have THAT much activity is when I have planned a vacation.  Every time I plan a vacation….whether last minute or planned months in advance business picks up and Lisa Marchant  writes offers on my listings while I’m gone.  It happens too often to be coincidental.  It’s to the point that if business is slow….I plan a get-away to clear the log jam…..and it works.

This week one of our farm listings sold and I had also had  the opportunity be the selling agent on a ranchette a few miles out of Powell.  It has THIS view!

Franck view

On Wedensday we sold 5 lots in the Clay Housing Addition and when the rental units are built on that property we will be one step closer to solving the rental shortage we have had in Lovell for years. Major progress!

We are not getting the bids on the trees and wreaths that are on display in our office that we had hope for…but there is still time.  If you are a local….stop by and bid on these lovely trees and know that your donation will go the the good cause of your choice!

This tree is donated by Byron Recreation District

This tree and wreath were hand made by Lisa Marchant and donated by Johnson Home and Land.

It was great week and I have had lots of gifts to name and count.

Life is good!
