Featured Listing of the Week!

Wow….it is spring in Northwest Wyoming.  We have been listing some awesome properties!  One of our new listings literally has be best park in town in the back yard.

It was raining when I took this picture but this is a DARLING house.

Here is what I mean about the park!

Directly behind the house are the horseshoe pits and volleyball nets.  There is also a wading pool, baseball field, skate park, play ground, covered picnic tables and more!

It has 2 bedrooms and another room that could be used as an office or a 3rd bedroom.  The family room has a brick wall/gas fireplace for cozy winter evenings.

There is a perfect patio area that creates fantastic outdoor living space.  I can just imagine a summer bar-b-q with the grill that is plumbed directly into the natural gas line.  (No more running to Minchow’s Service in the middle of cooking steak to buy propane!)

One of the best features of this home is the phenomenal 2-car attached garage.

So if you are on the hunt for a house this spring in the Lovell, Wyoming area please take a look at 619 Oregon Ave and see if this is the perfect place for you!

Call Emily Considine, Sales Associate or myself and let us know if we can help you.

Happy Spring to you!
