2. How many days did it take you to sell the average home? How did that compare to the overall market?
The REALTOR® you interview should have these facts on hand, and be able to present market statistics from the local MLS to provide a comparison.

According to the statistics from our local Multiple Listing Service between April 1, 2007 and April 1, 2008 Johnson Home and Land’s residential listings sold at an average of 97.12% of the listing price and were on the market an average of 78 days. The statistics for the overall market are 94.12 % and 96 days on the market. *
