Hello there long lost blog readers,

Is weirdness a word?  If not….please don’t tell me.  It is a word that I use often enough that I will have find something to replace it with if I discover that it is not real.

I have been meaning to check in for several days and weird things keep happening to prevent me from jumping on here long enough to say hi.

One of those weird things is the weather.  I know. I know.  This is spring in Wyoming….but this weather is ever weirder than the normal weird.  Every day that I plan to do anything that requires decent weather it is snowing and blowing like crazy.  When I finally give up and make plans to be inside for the day….out comes the sun and dries up all the snow.

I laughed out loud at the forecast.  It is supposed to be beautiful all week and then miserable on Saturday and Sunday.  I laughed because I had a choice to either laugh for cry.

Also….moving the office from one building to another has created it’s own degree of weirdness.  I look straight up 10 times a day to see the clock that hung above my desk for 10 years….it’s not there.  I reach to my left for a calendar that is not there.  Sometimes I do it with a customer at my desk and they must be thinking I’m weird.  My point here is that it is taking some time to get back in to the “groove” of completing the daily routine in new surroundings.  In the midst of finding a new home for everything other things have taken a back seat….one of which is this blog.

So consider this my very weird apology and resolution to get back on track all in one….very weird post.

Sarah, you found the perfect word for all the changes – weird! Off kilter and out of balance also come to mind. Every day feels a little closer to normal after all this change. Sunshine and the flowers around town help too. Pretty soon I hope we’ll all be fussing about the heat.
